Air Canada Vacations
Air Canada Vacations has named Dana Gain as its new Senior Director Sales, Groups and Partnerships. The appointment took effective on April 23.
In her new role, Gain will be responsible for the development of the national sales strategy, as well as supporting and growing all the B2B lines of business and increasing distribution channels. She will also continue to forge strategic partnerships and will manage all partnership agreements.
Gain joins Air Canada Vacations from Norwegian Cruise Line where she oversaw all aspects of their sales and marketing strategy, as well as aggressively grew the number of guests sourced from the Canadian trade market.
She brings 28 years of experience in new global business development, national sales force leadership, and global market expansion.

She will report directly to Nino Montagnese and will be based out of Air Canada Vacations’ Mississauga office.
Reporting to Gain will be Marigold Fortuna – general manager, sales Western Canada; Monique Lalonde – general manager, sales and national accounts; Guy Marchand – general manager, sales Quebec; Christine Faulkner — manager, inside sales and planning; and Sophie Kazaz – director, group travel and partnerships.
