AQUA TO ASSUME MANAGEMENT OF PACIFIC MONARCH
Aqua Hospitality continues to expand its Waikiki portfolio with the addition of the Pacific Monarch, a condominium resort just a block and a half to Waikiki beach. Effective Oct. 16, the company will assume management of the property, which will be flagged under the company’s Aqua Hotels and Resorts brand.
“The Pacific Monarch offers the sought-after combination of spacious, comfortable rooms and a fabulous location near all Waikiki has to offer,” said Elizabeth Churchill, Aqua Hospitality’s senior vice-president of sales and marketing. “We are pleased to be able to offer our guests a stylish vacation option which adds to the diversity of the Aqua product by offering one-bedroom and studios with kitchens.”
Pacific Monarch features 216 recently renovated spacious suites with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to dramatic ocean or Waikiki views. The 34-storey building offers one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and studios with kitchenettes that include microwave, stovetop and mini-refrigerator. Guests enjoy an ocean view rooftop deck with pool, spa and sauna, as well as an expansive hospitality lounge and street-level restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine. Located at 2427 Kuhio Avenue, Pacific Monarch is within walking distance to the area’s best beaches, shops, dining and nightlife. (http://www.aquahospitality.com)
