Allianz Global Assistance Making Dreams Come True For Kids
Allianz Global Assistance (Allianz) sponsored travel insurance for over 1,000 kids and volunteers who are taking a trip-of-a-lifetime with Dreams Take Flight in 2023. Eight flights are scheduled throughout the year to give children facing mental, physical or social adversity a magical day at Disney – and Allianz is providing peace of mind with travel protection for everyone on board.
Many of these deserving youth were originally booked to experience this trip in 2020, and their dreams are finally taking flight this year.
Debbie Robinson, Allianz’s Director of Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility, volunteered at the Toronto flight earlier this month, observing that: “These kids inspire me. This is a day of so many firsts for them: trip away from family, going on an airplane, and the magic that is Disney. It’s a day filled with emotion, wonder, big smiles, and whoops of joy. It’s a day that means so much to the kids; and because of that, it means everything to me. I am beyond impressed with the Dreams Take Flight organization and the outstanding work they do to create a trip of a lifetime for these incredible kids.”
