ACV Names Gagnon To New Post

Air Canada Vacations has appointed Marco Gagnon to the role of General Manager, Sales – Eastern Canada.

ACV also announced that Guy Marchand has elected to retire at the end of June.

Nino Montagnese, Vice President at Air Canada Vacations, said that: “Throughout Marco’s time as an Area Sales Manager and Groups Supervisor at Air Canada Vacations, he has been integral at forging relationships with key players in our industry and supporting suppliers and trade partners. We’d like to congratulate Marco on his new role and wish Guy all the best in his retirement.”

In his new role, which took effect on May 23, 2022, Gagnon will be responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy in the Quebec and Atlantic markets.

As well, he will oversee the Area Sales Managers and to maintain trusting relationships, engage our travel agent partners on our products.

Led by Gagnon, Air Canada Vacations’ Eastern Canada Sales team consists of Jean-Luc Tremblay, Judy Munden and Helena Silva.
