ACV Brings On The Sun!
Here comes the sun!
Air Canada Vacations (ACV) held its latest Sun product launch in Vaughan, Ont. last night (Sept. 19) that saw a large number of travel agents gather to meet with tour operator employees and representatives of tourist boards and other facets of the travel industry.
The party atmosphere included a number of entertainers. The Toronto-area event followed similar ones in Calgary, the Vancouver area, Halifax and Montreal.
Air Canada Vacations used the launches to distribute its new Sun brochure, which is over 300 pages and features a more-than-30-page section devoted entirely to Sandals.
The new brochure features a large number of destinations in the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America and Mexico.
ACV notes the Sun program features departures to sunspots from cities across Canada with flights aboard Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge.
The tour operator notes that it has packages in more than 750 hotels – most of them all-inclusives – and 63 of which are new to its lineup.
As well, there are four resorts that are exclusive to ACV and 28 others that are semi-exclusive. Clients can choose between short and long stays.
There are also more than 100 cruises available.
The tour operator notes that there will be new winter flights from Quebec City to Cancun and Punta Cana, as well as a new non-stop route from Ottawa to Varadero.
