ACTA Survey Taps Into Supplier Advocacy Priorities

ACTA is launching a new member survey as part of its supplier advocacy initiatives to take the pulse of members on key supplier issues, including airlines, cruise lines, river cruise companies, tour operators, and consolidators.

Wendy Paradis, president of ACTA, said that: “Advocacy on supplier issues remains a critical priority for ACTA and this survey ensures that we continue to act on the issues most important to members.”

Paradis continued: “As we navigate a new phase of travel and tourism recovery, there are changes in how businesses operate, including suppliers and our goal is to ensure that business practices remain equitable for all.”

ACTA’s boss said that: “Considering the changing business landscape, ACTA is undertaking a holistic review of its supplier advocacy priorities.”

Members across the country, including travel agencies, travel agency employees, and independent travel agents are invited to participate in this short survey.

By participating, ACTA members will ensure that supplier advocacy issues important to them are front-and-center with ACTA.

Historically, ACTA has consistently advocated for members with suppliers and governments, and that work continues day in and day out.
