A new culture at Halekulani

The famed Waikiki Beach hotel Halekulani has launched L’Apertif, a unique new bar concept. Inspired by the French cocktail culture of the late 19th century, L’Aperitif is located in La Mer, Halekulani’s AAA five diamond restaurant. The creation of the new bar is part of a comprehensive renewal at Halekulani. It was created in close collaboration with Ritz Paris’ head barman Colin Field, who is recognized as the Òbest barman in the worldöby Forbes. L’Aperitif is open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, and reservations are not required. Long-sleeved collared shirts and jackets for men are encouraged though. (http://www.halekulani.com)
