A Celebration Of A New Beginning

It was a special evening. At long last, the industry was able to gather to celebrate what it had accomplished over the past two years and to look forward to the future and better times for this country’s travel business.

That was what the 2022 Agents’ Choice Awards Gala was all about as a sell-out crowd of this country’s top industry executives gathered at the Eglinton Grand in Toronto on June 23 for a more than memorable celebration.

The evening – ably managed by Master of Ceremonies, Tim Law — featured a cocktail reception, dinner, entertainment by Nova Sounds and the presentation of awards to supplier favourites in 35 categories, along with awards recognizing this country’s top business development managers (BDMs) and the presentation of the W.H. Baxter Lifetime Achievement Award to the founders of Transat – Jean-Marc Eustache, Lina DeCesare and Philippe Sureau.
