Mark Your Calendars - Appointment Requests Open March 26
For nearly 50 years, Rendez-vous Canada (RVC) has served as Canada’s signature tourism marketplace, shining a spotlight on Canada’s legendary destinations.
The marketplace connects international travel buyers with Canadian tourism businesses (Sellers) from all across Canada and features an outstanding variety of business-to-business meetings and networking and information sessions.
These one-to-one appointments between Buyers and Sellers are hands down the most important element of Rendez-vous Canada and feedback every year speaks to the quality of the appointment matches. To ensure your best matches, mark your calendars and make your appointment requests in the myRVC portal.
If you are a TIAC member, you received early access to appointment requests on March 11th through the TIAC Member Advantage Program.
Buyers and all other Sellers can begin making appointment requests on March 26. Keep your eyes out for an email reminder from the RVC Team!
Message From Our Hosts - Manitoba
Dear Rendez-vous Canada Delegates,
We’re excited to welcome you to Winnipeg in just over two months! On behalf of Travel Manitoba, I’m thrilled to invite you to experience a place where you’ll feel the warmth of Canada’s Heart the moment you arrive.
In Manitoba, we know the longing for travel is felt in the heart. So when your heart needs quiet, or when it needs to race, sing or reflect, follow it here to the middle of Canada. Go to Churchill and paddle alongside beluga whales in summer, walk among polar bears in fall and witness dazzling northern lights in winter. Visit the world’s largest Inuit art collection at Qaumajuq, and experience The Leaf - Canada’s Diversity Gardens in Winnipeg, an art, food and cultural hub at the centre of Canada. When your heart needs travel, Canada’s Heart is Calling.
We can’t wait for you to experience everything Canada’s Heart has to offer.
Winnipeg welcomes all delegates to experience its world-class offerings through immersive city tours, from the Indigenous stories that shape its identity to vibrant arts and culture, a diverse food scene, outdoor adventures, soothing spa escapes and more. Whether you're uncovering history, indulging in local flavours or embracing the city's creative energy, there’s a tour for you!
Registration opens March 24 for 23 unique city tours available during the conference. Don’t miss your chance to explore Winnipeg from a new perspective.
Remember! Our morning sessions will now start earlier at 8:30 a.m. and our Friday afternoon session will end at 3:30 p.m. See below:
With the change in the appointment schedule, the Marketplace Indigenous Welcome will take place in the DC/ITAC Booth at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28 – RVC Day 1.

Canada’s Heart is Calling – The longitudinal centre of Canada is marked just outside Winnipeg, proving that Manitoba truly is the heart of the country, both geographically and in spirit.
Polar Bear Capital of the World – Churchill, Manitoba, is one of the few places on earth where you can see polar bears up close in the wild. Every fall, hundreds of these incredible creatures gather on the shores of Hudson Bay, waiting for the sea ice to form.
Northern Lights Like Nowhere Else – Manitoba offers front-row seats to one of nature’s most spectacular shows—the aurora borealis. Churchill is one of the top three places on the planet to view the northern lights, visible up to 300 nights a year.
Beluga Whale Wonderland – Each summer, more than 57,000 beluga whales migrate to the warm, shallow waters of Hudson Bay, making Manitoba one of the best places in the world for beluga encounters. You can even kayak alongside them!
Canada’s Largest French-Speaking Community in Western Canada – St. Boniface, Winnipeg’s French Quarter, is a hub of Francophone culture, complete with charming bistros, historic sites and Festival du Voyageur, a winter festival like no other.
