Prepare for your meetings with insights and updates from Destination Canada’s international teams
Destination Canada’s Inside Track provides Rendez-vous Canada (RVC) Sellers with updates and insights on the key international markets to help you make the most of your time at the show.
Destination Canada has produced a series of videos where each of their market specialists has partnered with a key account Buyer to answer questions that will help you sell Canada; what are the key travel trends in the market? How has the market changed over the past few years? And of course a key question – what does your market love about Canada?
Check out the RVC website for links to videos from each of the key markets; Australia, China, Germany, France, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States.
We hope you find these videos helpful, entertaining, and insightful as you prepare for RVC2023.
Please note, with the exception of the France market video, the videos are recorded in English with French subtitles
Shuttle service available to participants for the duration of RVC2023
RVC’s organizing committee has set up a free shuttle service for RVC participants. You can use it to travel to the Convention Centre for the event, to various points of interest, and to get to the airport on the last day of the conference.
Airport Shuttles
Special shuttles will be available on May 29 and 30 to take delegates from the airport to the downtown area. For the return trip, shuttles will also be available on June 2 from the Convention Center and on June 3 from the hotels. For schedules, please click here. We suggest you reserve your return shuttle now to secure your seat and be able to board the vehicle.
Québec City Shuttles
Shuttles will run continuously between the various hotels. To see detailed schedules for shuttle service to the various meeting locations, click here. Save this page to your favorites right away as it also contains useful information about the province and city of Québec that will come in handy during RVC.
Prefer to walk and explore the city on foot? Walking is the ideal way to explore Québec City, and especially the perennial favourite Old Québec.
There is truly no better way to see the sites, as every street corner, staircase, doorway and alleyway reveals a unique feature or attraction that could never be seen from a shuttle or coach. So lace up your walking shoes and do your part for the planet at the same time. It’s a great way to combine practicality and pleasure! The fewer times you commute, the smaller your ecological footprint.

Atlantic Canada is brimming with lush vistas and uncrowded beaches, breathtaking scenery and a vibrant and welcoming culture that will ensure you feel like a local in no time.
Atlantic Canada is made up of four distinct provinces, each with its own set of charms, getaways, and coastal adventures, yet all share the same sea that has shaped the land, history, culture, and cuisine of the region.
Together, the provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island boast Canada’s most spectacular coastline – more than 43,000 kilometres – and every seaside activity you can imagine, including warm water swimming, long walks on uncrowded beaches, and nature viewing on a grand scale. In fact, there’s something for every level of adventurer, from leisurely cycling, sea kayaking and sailing to robust zip-lining and tidal bore rafting. There are eight national parks in Atlantic Canada, where guests can enjoy the natural beauty and fresh air of the great outdoors.
The region delivers rich and diverse marine and wildlife experiences. During summer and autumn, visitors have the opportunity to view a variety of mammals including rare whales, porpoises, seals, moose, deer, beaver, black bears, bobcats, lynx, plus eagles and numerous birds. All four provinces offer quality wildlife viewing excursions, ideal for nature lovers and photographers.
Atlantic Canada is world-famous for its fresh and abundant seafood, in particular lobster, salmon, cod, scallops, mussels, and oysters. Drop into a seaside café for a tasty lobster roll and seafood chowder, stroll through a local farmers’ market, or take in one of the many culinary or cultural festivals throughout the season. It’s truly a foodie’s paradise.
