Appointments between Buyers and Sellers will be pre-scheduled in a seller-seated format to ensure maximum impact and give delegates the opportunity to build strong connections and engage in meaningful business to business meetings. Don’t miss out on tourism’s signature event of the year!

The event will take place at the Québec City Convention Center from May 30 to June 2, 2023. After a three-year hiatus, the show will return to its seller-seated format and present the best of tourism experiences in Canada. Delegates will have the chance to make impactful connections with members of the industry!

Meet Your Match: Appointment requests for TIAC Members go live this month
Did you know that TIAC Members receive early access to appointments as part of the TIAC Member Advantage Program? That’s right, TIAC Members registered for RVC will be able to book appointments beginning on March 27 – a full two weeks before requests open to Buyers and other Sellers on April 10.
Appointment matching is the key reason many delegates choose to attend RVC year after year. Buyers and Sellers submit requests indicating who they would like to meet with and can assign a priority to each request.
Requests are processed by computer-generated “matchmaking” in order of priority:
Buyers and TIAC Members who mutually seek appointments
Buyers and other Sellers who mutually seek appointments
Non-mutual appointments requested by Buyers
Non-mutual appointments requested by Sellers

There are 78 appointment timeslots.
All appointments are 12 minutes in length with 3-minute breaks in between.
Appointment schedules will be posted to your MyRVC Portal on May 8.
Delegates can modify or cancel their appointments through their MyRVC Portal or the Rendez-vous Canada mobile app.
