As we strive to make our event sustainable, we kindly remind our delegates to download the RVC Mobile App. This app will provide access to your Appointment Schedule, as there will be no print copies available on-site. Additionally, you may use the app to take notes, but we suggest bringing a notepad and pen as a backup.
To ensure a successful day on the marketplace floor, please prepare in advance with a 30-second elevator pitch about your property, destination, or experience.
Don't forget to wear your RVC name badge at all times, as it is a requirement.

Join Bonjour Québec and Destination Québec Cité for the Bonjour Québec reception this evening. Québec is a place of boundless variety and that’s just what awaits at this lively reception showcasing the warmth and creativity of Quebecers. Enjoy mixing and mingling with your RVC friends and colleagues over delicious food and great entertainment.
After the last appointment, you’ll have just enough time to return to our hotel and get ready for the festivities at Wharf 30 located at Québec terminal cruise 300 on l’Estuaire street. Shuttles will pick you up from your hotel at 6 pm and will run regularly back to the hotels until 11:30 pm.
You’ll be treated to the sights, sounds and tastes of Québec, we hope to see you there!
