Rendez-vous Canada (RVC) 2023 is just over a month away and we can’t wait to welcome you to Québec City for Canada’s signature tourism marketplace! Make the most of your experience by adding appointments to your schedule. The deadline for appointment requests is April 30.

To request an appointment with another delegate, you must be registered as an appointment-taking delegate. If you’re not sure of your status, please contact us.

Access your schedule
Next, you can access your schedule by logging into your MyRVC portal and selecting “Appointment Schedule”. You’ll see your appointments and all RVC events listed on your schedule in your local time zone. Here, you can also cancel appointments or block and unblock appointment slots as needed.
Seller Hotel Rooms are Selling Fast – Book by April 21!
Have you booked your accommodation for RVC 2023? If not, we encourage Sellers to book accommodations early at one of the official RVC host hotels. We have secured preferred rates for all RVC attendees and rates are based on availability.

Save the Date for Destination Canada’s Inside Track
On May 30, Destination Canada will host its signature Seller event, Inside Track, where their teams will be sharing trends, tips, and insights on each of their nine international markets (Australia, China, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States).
The aim of Inside Track is to help Canadian Sellers prepare for their meetings so they can develop meaningful connections and opportunities for their tourism businesses and communities from coast to coast to coast.

Yes, you are required to have a $2 million minimum liability insurance. You must be able to provide proof of your liability insurance at anytime to the RVC Project Office.
