Sunwing helped boost the confidence of 40 travel agents selling Cuba by hosting a four-day fam to Varadero. The agents, from Toronto and Montreal, arrived to a warm welcome by the staff at Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero. They spent the next few days touring some of Sunwing’s top-recommended resorts. “This fam trip really boosted agents’ confidence that these resorts are ready to provide travellers a quality vacation experience,” said David Wright, director of sales for Ontario and Atlantic Canada. “The resorts looked so polished that it’s hard to believe a hurricane had taken place just a month ago.
