Sandals Resorts has enhanced its WeddingMoons planning experience for newlyweds-to-be with the launch of the Sandals Virtual Wedding Planning Experience, a high-tech interactive web system that will bring the resort company’s wedding consultations to a whole new level.

“We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of convenience and services to couples who are planning their wedding at Sandals,” says Marsha-Ann Brown, director of romance, Sandals Resorts. “With our new virtual wedding planning experience, planning a wedding at Sandals will be even more convenient for guests, and they’ll be able to speak face to face with their planner, making it a more personal and interactive process.”

The new program is designed to enable rich face-to-face interactive experience for both wedding planners and clients. This application utilizes cutting-edge Internet based, engaging, two-way interactive and visual communication technology to enhance the user experience. The system is 100% web-based, without the need for any end-user downloads. The product takes advantage of today’s modern technology and improving infrastructures, including mobile devices and tablets, and incorporates an interactive platform. It also comprises video and audio conferencing, chat, share screen, and share media, plus allows multiple persons to be part of the same interactive consultation call.
