Adults-Only Riu Republica Welcoming Guests
Signature Vacations has announced the highly anticipated opening of the new five-star adults only 18+ Riu Republica.
Offering a unique ambiance of modern elegance, the luxury all-inclusive resort welcomed its first guests on June 4. Enjoying an enviable location on the white sands of Arena Gorda Beach in the Dominican Republic, the new resort is set in expansive tropical gardens, and boasts three large pools with spacious sun terraces.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, concierge service, fitness centre, Jacuzzi, steam bath and a Renova Spa including a beauty parlour and massage service.
The hotel offers a variety of dining options including three à la carte restaurants: Tagliatella specializing in Italian classics, Kaori that serves up the best of Asian cuisine and Quisqueya, a grill-steakhouse by the pool – together with the resort’s main buffet restaurant, La Altagracia, where guests can sample Dominican specialties at dinner. Riu Republica also features five bars, including Aquamar, (a swim-up pool bar) and a 24-hour sports bar.
Also included is a range of water sports, such as windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling and an introductory diving lesson in the pool.
Signature offers packages to Riu Republica all year round from Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City. New for this summer, travellers from the West Coast can take advantage of twice weekly service from Vancouver (via Toronto).
