Agents Offered 2x STAR Points
Travel agents can now earn double the STAR points, which convert to cash, when booking their clients at some of Sunwing’s most popular resorts.
The limited time promotion applies to departures from Dec. 17 to June 30, 2016 for reservations made by Jan. 31, 2016.
The recently introduced “Sunwing Selection” collection identifies properties offered exclusively by the tour operator which consistently score highly on customer satisfaction questionnaires. Handpicked by Sunwing experts, these leading resorts also offer customers additional perks and value. A full list of Sunwing Selection resorts is available at http://www.sunwingagents.ca, where agents can also register for STAR, apply their card to qualifying bookings, check their balance, or convert points to cash.
To qualify, agents must add their STAR card to reservations within 24 hours of booking. This can be done in SIREV, GDS, Revnet, or through the Agent Booking Portal on http://www.sunwingagents.ca.
Agents can also now earn STAR points for the first time on Signature Vacations bookings. Previously only applicable on Signature Vacations group reservations, the STAR program allows agents to earn points each time they confirm a client’s booking.
In addition, every booking confirmed for a RIU resort by Jan. 31, 2016 for departures Dec. 17 to June 30, 2016 will earn agents double the STAR points.
