The Travel Agent Next Door

Industry veteran Rhonda Stanley is joining The Travel Agent Next Door as VP, talent development. The role will see her developing new entrants for the home based division, as well as managing the conversion of agencies who want to join the growing travel agency support services division.

Stanley was most recently with Global Matrix as director of sales. Prior to that, she held several senior roles at Sears Travel, including regional sales manager and business development manager. During her years at Sears Travel, Stanley was working directly with managing agencies, growing sales, developing talent and overseeing marketing initiatives. She has extensive experience with every aspect of the retail travel industry.

A results-driven sales executive, Stanley will focus on growing both the Travel Agent Next Door’s agency and home based networks.
