Hot on the heels of two new hotel openings in Cartagena (Allure Caramel Hotel and Allure Bonbon Hotel by Karisma), Karisma Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of its Colombia office in Bogota. Led by general manager Cesar Alfonso, Karisma’s Colombia office is comprised of a team of five employees who will focus on Karisma’s continued expansion in South America.
