It was all things Massachusetts yesterday during a trade luncheon hosted by the Massachusetts Office of Travel and partners at the Soho Metropolitan Hotel in Toronto. Lesley White of the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism told attendees that the state is popular with travellers north of the border and hosted almost three million Canadians in 2011. She stressed that Massachusetts has lots to offer and is much more than Boston and Cape Cod. Shopping and sightseeing rank first and second as the most popular things to do for visiting Canadians.
