Cruise Strategies Ltd. has announced the appointment of Tamara Mallin to the role of director of sales, Western Canada. Mallin will be based in Vancouver where she has lived and worked for many years and where she is extremely well known to the travel agency community due to her more than 20 years of experience. Her territory will be Western Canada and the Prairies with responsibility for the provinces from British Columbia to Manitoba. Mallin has most recently been running her own company, Niche Rep Co, a Western-based sales solution leader representing small and unique niche brands.

In addition to Mallin joining Cruise Strategies’ sales and marketing team, her company Niche Rep Co will continue to exist and be brought into the overall business of Cruise Strategies in a new venture for both companies. Niche Rep Co will flourish as a subsidiary and associate company of Cruise Strategies and with this joint venture and ensuing powerful synergies, both companies will come together in a formidable alliance that will increase Cruise Strategies’ scope and harness new opportunities in Canada for small and high end cruise lines.
