Air Canada Vacations (ACV), Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Canada Beef Inc. gave agents in Toronto a sneak preview of their upcoming “Canadian Beef Culinary Series” to be held throughout 2014 at select Karisma properties in Cancun/Riviera Maya, Mexico. The program includes cooking demonstrations with special guest chefs, beef samplings, wine pairing dinners and events in partnership with Jackson Family Wine and more.
