The vice president of travel for the CAA had some news that’s certain to be welcomed by those in the travel agency community. Brenda Kyllo told Best Western’s Annual Leisure Travel Summit in Toronto Tuesday that the CAA “has seen a return to our travel planners” by those seeking “complex” types of travel. “Time is an issue” for many planning travel and they often don’t have the time to search the Internet for travel options, she said. Seen here are (l-r) Bryson Forbes of Forbes Marketing Consultants. Dorothy Dowling, senior vice president, marketing & sales, Best Western International. Kyllo. and Tony Pollard, president of the Hotel Association of Canada.
