It was all smiles in Toronto recently as the Jamaica Tourist Board hosted a VIP group of travel trade types for dinner at the city’s popular Rosewater Supper Club. Philip Rose, regional manager Canada for the Jamaica Tourist Board, was the evening’s master of ceremonies, while Jamaica’s minister of foreign affairs and foreign trade and senator, the honourable Arnold Nicholson stepped in to offer greetings from Jamaica’s Prime Minister, the most honourable Portia Simpson Miller, who was forced to cut short her first official visit to Canada to return to Jamaica due to Hurricane Sandy. Seen here, from l to r, are the JTB’s Dan Hamilton, Judy Nash, Jacqueline Marshall-Cruise, Racquel Queensborough, and Philip Rose.
