starting
Younger Paralegal Services, Paul had worked as the Corporate Legal
Affairs and Compliance Officer for First Choice Canada Inc. (Signature
Vacations) and at the Toronto law firm of WeirFoulds LLP.
Paul studied in the law clerk program at George Brown College
and
is a Paralegal, fully
licensed as such by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Younger now
runs his own diverse practice, specializing in Small Claims
Court Matters, Employment Issues, Collection/Debt recovery,
WSIB Claims, Landlord &
Tenant Matters and, of course, Travel Law. He is especially
experienced in travel matters, having argued cases in the courts of
most of the country’s provinces.
Doug
Crozier Partner
Heifetz, Crozier, Law Crozier
was
introduced to the travel industry while in university. He has practiced
with
Gerald Heifetz since 1977. As the travel industry has matured, its need
for
legal guidance has grown. Over the past three-and-a-half decades, he
has counselled
travel agencies, consortia and chains, tour operators, suppliers,
insurers, and
trade associations, as well as a number of individuals. He also
speaks and
writes about travel industry issues. His practice is not limited to
travel
matters, Crozier also practices in fields such as real estate, leasing,
buying
and selling businesses, contracts, corporate and commercial matters,
wills and
estates, and
charities and not-for-profit organizations.
