New Expedia supper club experience

The Jordan Tourism Board partnered with Expedia to produce a Super Supper Club series highlighting Jordan’s expansive culinary scene through the lens of local chefs.
From a sunset dinner over Amman’s stunning Citadel to the southern sights of Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba, the two-episode feature is a love letter to Jordanian cuisine where each chef shares insights on the unique foods and ingredients that inspire their epic dinner parties.

UNESCO heritage status

Umm Al-Jimāl was recently added to the UNESCO World Heritage Site list making it the seventh site designation in Jordan.
Located in the country’s northeast, the rural settlement is home to nearly 2,000 years of history and culture. Developed naturally on the site of a previous Roman settlement around the 5th century CE, Umm Al-Jimāl features more than 150 well preserved basaltic structures originating from the Byzantine and Early Islamic periods that offer visitors a unique glimpse into Jordan’s rich cultural heritage.
