BranchUp adds Instagram app to suite of marketing tools for advisors
BranchUp has added personalized Instagram reels and posts to its suite of marketing tools for advisors.
With more than 42,000 members reaching a consumer audience of more than 10 million travel advisors’ customers, the addition of Instagram is expected to expand its reach considerably.
In addition to the free membership, the new BranchUp pro adds Instagram, AI for generating destination specific posts, an enhanced calendar scheduling module and other features to its core program. The annual cost for pro membership is $149.
The free membership which includes Facebook, LinkedIn, and client e-mail newsletters will continue at no cost.
Customized call to action
BranchUp’s Instagram Reels include a customized “call to action” featuring the Advisor’s profile and contact information. The videos are a combination of supplier product, destinations, niche travel, and the importance of working with a travel advisor.
“This new PRO Membership will help advisors continue to grow their databases and stay connected to their clients,” said Michael Drever, BranchUp founder. “Instagram is the medium for Millennials and Gen X’ers, social media is the main source of travel inspiration for them.”
In developing BranchUp PRO, the company consulted its travel advisory board for input. “These agency owners and advisors stressed the importance of Instagram content, and they see the low annual fee as a great value,” says Drever. “They also suggested niche market content be added along with posts promoting using a travel advisor, which we have incorporated into the program,” he adds.
