Casto Rejoins Casto Travel Philippines, Inc. (CTPI) As CEO
Marc Casto has rejoined Casto Travel Philippines, Inc. (CTPI) as its CEO; with the appointment reaffirming CTPI’s commitment to delivering unparalleled services and solutions tailored to the unique needs of the travel sector.
The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm exclusively dedicated to the travel industry provides an extensive range of essential services to both leisure and corporate Travel Management Companies (TMCs), including After Hours support, ARC reporting, Commission tracking, Chat and SMS assistance, online booking tool management, among others.
By focusing exclusively on the travel industry for companies based in the United States and Canada, CTPI has established itself as the go-to partner for TMCs looking to optimize their operations and enhance customer experiences.
Casto officially assumed his role as CEO on July 1 and has already embarked on a three-week tour, visiting all CTPI offices and meeting with each of the company’s 400 dedicated team members. With these meetings, Casto reaffirms his commitment to building a culture of collaboration and fostering innovation across the organization.

Casto will be based in Boston and prior to rejoining CTPI, he was President of Leisure Americas for Flight Centre Travel Group as well as the Chairman of the Board for the American Society of Travel Advisors. H
Along with Casto’s appointment as CEO, Maryles Casto will continue her role as Chairwoman of the Board. She will dedicate her efforts to the establishment of The Casto Foundation, a non-profit organization in the Philippines focused on providing relief and support to impoverished communities in the region. This initiative reflects CTPI’s broader commitment to corporate social responsibility and making a positive impact on society.
