Goway Travel has promoted Tanya Tapley to sales manager of its GroupsOnly and Special Events Department. She will work closely with department general manager Barbara Norton. Tapley has been with GroupsOnly for over four years and has more than 20 years of wholesale, retail and airline experience. Her destination and team-building experience and her organizational and problem-solving skills will continue to be a valuable asset as the department grows, Goway says. In another move, Adam Hodge has been named as the new product co-ordinator for Goway’s Latin America division and will be working closely with the tour company’s Latin America general manger, Don Forster. Hodge has worked for two years in reservations for the South Pacific and Latin America. Prior to joining Goway, he worked for Butterfield and Robinson and as a tour guide in Europe for Topdeck Travel. His travel experience is extensive having travelled to 44 countries.
