Gagnon continued: “I am also pleased to announce that Chantal Lalonde, who was instrumental in the creation and development of TDC’s agent@home program, has been promoted to Business Development Manager for the province of Quebec. She will be working alongside Katrina Rourke, our Business Development Manager for Ontario, Western Canada and Atlantic, who are responsible for the continued growth of our agent@home membership.”
