Changes Are Coming, But What Will They Be?

Will they, or won’t they? Actually, the question is probably, when will they?

All of that referring to speculation floating around the federal government’s plans for the remaining pandemic border measures.

There are reports out of Ottawa that the measures could end soon; they are set to expire on Sept. 30.

It has also been reported that along with the dropping of vaccination requirements and random testing, the ArriveCan app could be made optional.
