ACTA has released details about some of the speakers and professional development topics at its upcoming, in-person September summits.
Keynote speaker Bruce Poon Tip, CEO, G Adventures, global leader in social entrepreneurship, immersive travel, innovation and executive producer of the 2022 documentary film The Last Tourist, will explore Travel as a force of change. Passionate about the power of travel to change the world for the better, Poon Tip will examine important issues facing travel and tourism and empower the audience to appeal to a new kind of traveller and be inspired to sell new niches to existing clients looking to travel better. Travel Agents are invited to join ACTA for the day on Sept. 14 in Toronto, Sept. 20 in Richmond BC and Sept. 28 in Laval QC.
The summits are complimentary for ACTA members. Non-member travel agents are asked to consider making a contribution to ACTA’s Advocacy Fund. Registration includes access to the full-day Summit and trade show, with plated lunch and networking reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
