NYC & Company Welcomes Back Canadian Travellers
NYC & Company led a tourism delegation to educate and inspire Canadians in advance of summer. New York City tourism partners are meeting with travel trade professionals in Toronto and Montreal this week (May 3 to May 5).
From brand-new hotels and restaurants to star-studded Broadway shows, exhibitions and events, and the abundance of multi-cultural experiences across all five boroughs, the City is bursting with energy and ready to welcome Canadians.

Canadian visitation to New York City is expected to recover to 83% of 2019 levels by end of 2022 and reach full return by 2025. Canadian airlines are responding quickly to consumer demand by increasing frequency into New York City, while the drive market is consistently growing with more than 2 million Canadians crossing the land border over the past few months (Source: Canadian Border Agency).
