Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa executive chef Sven Ullrich announces the “ultimate Sunday brunch”on Sept. 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will feature three of the culinary world’s most talented female chefs: Christina Tosi, Momofuku Milk Bar, New York; Jacqueline Lau, Roy’s Restaurants, Hawaii; and, Susan Feniger, Susan Feniger’s STREET, Border Grill, Los Angeles. The brunch also includes local female farmers, a coffee bar with a barista, and mixologists. One of the premier events of the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival, Girls Got Game explores the talents of female chefs who are bringing a woman’s touch to a more traditionally male dominated industry.
