Conference to review total travel experience

At the upcoming Future Travel Experience 2012, every aspect of the passenger experience on the ground will be examined for improvements through collaboration and innovation. Hosted by the Vancouver Airport Authority, the event will deliver an outstanding conference, social, awards and exhibition program. It will be held Sept. 5-7 at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver.
