Shannon Smith Joins TravelOnly

Shannon Smith is TravelOnly’s new Director of Training.

Previously, Smith was a Director of Sales with TravelBrands.

She’s a well-recognized industry professional with over a decade of retail travel sales experience and has a strong understanding of the travel environment, systems and supplier relations.

Smith said that: “I have had the pleasure of working with TravelOnly for many years and I have always felt like I was ‘part of the family’ and now I am. I am thrilled to be working alongside the leadership team as their Director of Training.” She continued: “I believe my extensive history in the travel industry brings a unique understanding of both the retail and wholesale industry which will be key to bringing a fresh new perspective.”

Smith will be one of the first staff members that new advisors will meet when first joining TravelOnly and will spearhead all training programs and development initiatives throughout the corporation.
