Making TRACKS With Rocky Mountaineer

Rocky Mountaineer has launched a new, revamped and all-encompassing TRACKS training program for travel agents – an exclusive way for agents to become a Rocky Mountaineer Specialist.

TRACKS is a five-module course that explores Rocky Mountaineer’s service levels, routes and seasons, packages and more. Upon completion, agents will be awarded a certificate honouring their title as a Rocky Mountaineer Specialist.

TRACKS provides the knowledge and resources needed to identify potential clients, and pair them with the perfect vacation package. Agents will also have access to sharable sales collateral, webinars and support teams.

To celebrate the launch, Rocky Mountaineer is offering agents a special incentive. All agents who finish the TRACKS training by Dec. 31 will be entered into a draw for two two-day rail-only GoldLeaf Service tickets.
