Exclusive Picks Dizon For New Role

Exclusive Tours has named Luisa Dizon as branch manager – a new role added to focus on client care.

The tour company is focusing on its investment in people and with the new role of branch manager, the expectation is to create stronger industry ties and elevated and personalized client service.

Janice Sousa, vice-president, business development for Exclusive Tours, said: “We are excited to continue to grow our investment in Exclusive Tours with the addition of Luisa as branch manager. This will allow us to deepen our commitment to providing the best experience for agents across Canada and our partners around the world.”

In her new role, Dizon will be responsible for overall agent outreach, working with agents to find the best small ship cruise for their customers. She will also be helping to steward the overall strategy around marketing and sales for the Exclusive Tours brand.

Dizon brings over 14 years experience in the travel industry to the new role, in various capacities within business development and marketing for large brands.
