G-Normous Is Back
G Adventures has brought back “G-Normous” for a fifth consecutive year.
Launched Jan. 1 and spanning four months, the North American agent incentive program includes more than $100K in prizes.
“G-Normous has gained a lot of momentum over the years. In fact, we’ve consistently experienced YOY double-digit sales growth since the program launched five years ago. Our agent partners look forward to it each January,” says Aizaz Sheikh, Canadian marketing director, G Adventures. “As we head into peak booking season, we’re happy extend some great incentives to the agent community and their clients.”
Up until April 30, agents (excluding Quebec) will have a chance to take advantage of extra commission and win weekly prizes including cash and free trips. The top-selling Canadian agent will receive a $5,000 G-Normous jackpot.
All agents with a G Adventures Sherpa account are automatically registered. Agents without a Sherpa account must register through their agency manager at http://www.gadventures.com/agents/register.
Regardless of travel date, agents will receive a ballot for every client booked on a G Adventures tour and two ballots for every client booked on a National Geographic Journeys trip from Jan. 1 to April 30. A ballot will be selected each week. Winners claim their prize from a wall of 25 prizes at http://www.gadventures.com/gnormous.
For the month of February, agents will receive an extra 2% commission when they quote promo code GNORMOUS on their bookings.
The incentive program will be supported with consumer offers exclusive to G-Normous participants, along with promotional materials and webinars. In January, clients save 15% off select Marine style adventures with promo code: 18GA015MAR01. In March, clients save 15% off select Active style tours with promo code: 18GA015ACT03. In April, clients save 10% off select Classic style tours with promo code: 18GA010CLA01.
Monthly trips (excluding flights) will be awarded to the North American agent with the highest number of clients booked. First time booking agents who book more than two clients are eligible for a monthly random draw to win $250. In addition, any agent who books more than 10 clients will be entered in a random draw to win $1,000.
The Canadian agent with the highest number of clients booked (minimum of 20 bookings) between Jan. 1 and April 30 will win the $5,000 G-Normous jackpot. The Canadian agent with the second highest number of travellers booked (minimum of 10 bookings) will receive $2,000.
For every private group booking of eight or more clients, agents will receive a chance to win $2,500. The prize will be awarded to the North American agent with the highest number of private group bookings during the incentive period. To qualify, agents must make at least two private group bookings.
