Jamaica’s Round Hill offers buyouts for groups, events
Round Hill Hotel & Villas in Montego Bay, Jamaica is offering groups the opportunity to buyout the entire property for the ‘ultimate’ in privacy. With a 70-year legacy of hosting celebrities, dignitaries and heads of state, the offer is the ideal fit for weddings, social events, C-suite meetings and high-end incentive programs.
At Round Hill, exclusivity is not just a promise – it is a guarantee. No external bookings will be allowed during the stay, allowing complete privacy, discretion and personalized service.
The resort features a combination of 67 elegantly appointed guest rooms, suites and villas, which range from two to six bedrooms each. Buyouts can accommodate between 150 and 240 guests.
A minimum stay of four nights is required for all buyouts. Ideal arrival and departure patterns include Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday; however, other options can be considered based upon availability.
While Round Hill welcomes group bookings and private events year-round, blackout dates apply, including major holidays such as Christmas, Presidents’ Day and Easter.
For a seamless experience, Round Hill offers comprehensive meal plans that must be chosen uniformly by all group members. Plans include:
- Modified American Plan (MAP): Breakfast & Dinner at $165 per person daily
- Full American Plan (FAP): Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at $225 per person daily
- Round Hill Inclusive Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Beverages at $350 per person daily
All rates are subject to a 10% general consumption tax (GCT) and an 18 percent service charge. Rates do not include alcohol consumption.

Airport ground transfers can be arranged for a preferred group rate of $50 per person for one to four passengers. Each additional attendee is $15.
